The emotion of the first great competition is something unrepeatable and never forgotten. Competing again after several years is perhaps the closest thing to that first time, although of course, with another experience that allows you to enjoy in a different way.
Fabricio Pastrana V Dan, for approximately 7 months he has been preparing to compete in the World Cup in the Netherlands. “In this process I dedicated a large number of hours to be able to get the best possible. Devoting myself to the physical and technical part.”

With extensive experience, Fabricio Pastrana began practicing Taekwon-Do in 1986 and “in 1990 I joined the ITF style at the hands of Master Aldo Godoy”. In a few days, he will compete for Spain at the age of 45. “For many years I have specialized in the study of forms, in this world championship I will participate in the Individual category Señor V Dan – Team Forms”.
Regarding the particular preparations for this World Cup, he tells us that “before this particular competition, it becomes a priority on a day-to-day basis, I assume a commitment in which I give total dedication.”
To close, Fabricio Pastrana tells us that his great objective is “Enjoy the experience, and give the best I have in those minutes of competition”
