Federico Vindigni won the title in the final of Patterns Adult 5th Dan Male and takes a gold medal for the United States.

In the final played on Saturday afternoon, he beat the Argentine Guido Páez who highlighted the happiness of having reached the final stage. “It was the objective that we set ourselves, to reach the final and here we are,” he explained at the end of the competition.

Very happy for his title of World Champion, Federico explained that he had little real time to prepare for this ITF World Championship since in November he surrendered for 5th Dan. However, this did not prevent him from consecrating himself in the Netherlands, his third consecutive World Cup.

The USA adds a new medal and consolidates itself as one of the great references of the American continent in this World Cup, which has been demonstrating very strong European delegations that have won titles. Tomorrow will be the team competition where we will see how each of the countries is located.
